You can pay online with credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or eCheck. You can also have your bill amount automatically deducted from your checking or savings account if you signup for autopay (see step 4).

If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF) you'll be responsible to pay your bank charges and an additional $30 returned fee to the City.
You can pay in person with cash, check, money order, or credit/debit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Make checks out to Point Russell City Treasurer. Check out the water bill payment options to decide which one works best for you.
