City Codes and Ordinances
The City ode Compliance Division is responsible for enforcing codes which govern the maintenance and upkeep of residential and vacant commercial property, as well as various health and safety codes. On June 12, 2012 the City's Housing adopted the 2012 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC). Amendments to this code were also adopted and can be found in City Ordinance No. 2012-35.
The International Code Council is responsible for the publication and copy right laws associated with this particular document. Therefore, the City is unable to publish the code online. However, a copy of the IPMC is available to view or purchase online or at various locations within the City:
