Step 2.FIND A TIME

Get in contact with Parks & Recreation to check the availability of your preferred facility. You have two options to get in touch:

• Call Parks & Recreation at (616) 456-3696
• Email parksandrec@grcity.us. Include the name of the facility and the preferred date and time of your event.

Step 3.MAKE A REQUEST

Complete a reservation request form online here.

Step 1.WRITE A LETTER TO THE CITY

The letter to the City needs to include:

• the venue you want to rent
• the type of event that you want to hold
• the dates and times you want to reserve

Step 2.MAIL YOUR INFORMATION TO THE CITY
