The Conference Centers' staff of dedicated specialists provides assistance with event planning and preparation, from assisting you with deciding on space to greeting your guests on the day of the event. Our coordinators have years of experience in event planning. We personally oversee the planning of your event, manage the arrangement of resources, materials, and catering according to your requirements, and are available throughout the day for any needs that may arise. In addition, we offer audiovisual support personnel who can assist with any technical requirements you may have. We take care of the details so that you are able to focus on your event and your guests. Whatever your goals for your event, we stand ready to help.
