Outdoor Picnic Shelters

All rentals are for a period of four hours. Picnic Shelter rentals may be combined with rentals of ball fields, courts or pools for an additional fee (assuming location and availability). For details call (616) 456-3696. 

Bounce houses/tents/other rentals are NOT permitted, unless prior arrangements have been made through the Office of Special Events.

Refunds must be made at least 30 days prior to the rental date, and will be the amount paid less a $10 processing fee. No refunds within 30 days of the rental.

Island Shelter - seats 80 people - $100 (no water or electric), additional 1-4 hours $50

Riverbend Shell - seats 123 people - $100 (no water or electric), additional 1-4 hours $50

Band Shell - seats 160 people - $125 (no water or electric), additional 1-4 hours $50

Garfield Park Picnic Shelter - seats 92 people - $60 (no electric), additional 1-4 hours $30

MacKay-Jaycee Park Picnic Shelter - seats 60 people, $60, additional 1-4 hours $30

Huff Park Picnic Shelter - seats 84, $60 (grills, but no electric), additional 1-4 hours $30

Clemente Park Picnic Shelter - seats 80, $60, additional 1-4 hours $30

Joe Taylor Park Picnic Shelter - seats 60, $60 (electric, no grills), additional 1- 4 hours $30
